Swimming With Your Cell

I hear so many stories about people going into the water, particularly at the beach, with their cell phone in their pocket.  Because our phones have become an extension of ourselves, we completely forget that it’s there.  Enter the Kobert Waterproof Case.  This baby is awesome!

Waterproof to 100 feet, this case comes with a neck strap and stylus.  It’s large enough to protect your iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 5s, 5c, 5, 4s, Samsung Galaxy s5, s4, s3,  and Note 3.  It will also protect your MP3, iPod, camera, and GPS. This waterproof cell phone case is so large that you can keep your phone in the hard plastic part of the OtterBox, removing only the soft plastic part.  You can even slide in a credit card and ID.  It’s so easy to open and close that you can access what’s inside quickly.

Keep your cell phone securely around your neck and, if you place your phone upside down in the case, you can easily use it to take pictures by simply lifting it, pointing, and shooting.  Use the free stylus through the plastic to operate your touch-screen phone

Once you get your waterproof case, you need to test it to make sure that it’s going to actually be waterproof.  This is easy.  You take a piece of tissue, I just happened to have some cute gift tissue, and you secure it in the case.  Then you submerge it in water for 10 minutes.  I actually put something on top of the case because it floats.

Once the 10 minutes have gone by, you take it out of the water and dry it really well.  The water gets in the clips that seal the case, so make sure you shake that out.  Then you open you waterproof case and cross your fingers…

And you get dry tissue paper out.  See above?  No water on the paper.  It worked just like it said it would.  Then, only after you’ve tested your waterproof case, you can put your cell phone in.

You can see in the picture above that my Galaxy S4 has its OtterBox hard plastic case still on and it fit into the case without any problems.  And with clear plastic on both sides of the waterproof case, I can take pictures, take calls, and keep up on my Words With Friends games.  I’m a little bummed that we’re having a cold snap here in Florida, otherwise, I’d get into the pool and take underwater pictures.  I’m hoping to do that another time.

The bonus to purchasing this waterproof case is that there’s a 30-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee as well as a 1 year replacement guarantee.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
