I’ve had opportunity to try many different Omega 3 fish oils before and Island’s Miracle Ultra Omega 3 Fish Oil was the first one that had a fishy smell, but didn’t have fish burps. When I put the Ultra Omega 3 in my pill container with all of my other vitamins, it caused them all to smell like fish. I don’t care for fish and I don’t eat it, so having my vitamins smell like fish turns my stomach.
Omega 3 is great to help lower triglycerides and possibly is helpful in keeping your heart healthy. There are many other physical and mental health uses for Omega 3s, but you should research it yourself and speak with your doctor before you start taking any supplement.
Other than the fishy smell, I really didn’t have any issues with this Ultra Omega 3. Two softgels have 1640 mg of total Omega 3 fatty acids. There are 90 servings per container. Ultra Omega 3 Fish Oil softgels are pharmaceutical grade supplements with essential fatty acids that are sourced from top-quality deep cold water fish from the USA.
Ultra Omega 3 is guaranteed not to contain yeast, corn, soy, wheat, sugar, salt, starch, dairy, gluten, perservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. It contains natural lemon oil.
