The Skin Regime Boot Camp

The Skin Regime Boot Camp Follow Up – The Skin Regime Boot Camp + Giveaway

If you remember, I posted about The Skin Regime Boot Camp in February 2015.  I told you that I was dealing with a condition called melasma.  My melasma is from sun damage.  I grew up in the 70s and 80s when sun protection was nothing more than Bain de Soleil or baby oil with iodine in it.

If you haven’t read the original post, please do that first (click on the link above), so you understand where Dana Ramos, the founder of The Skin Regime Boot Camp is coming from.

I shared these pictures with you in February 2015:

I have completed the 8 week Boot Camp of The Skin Regime.  I incorporated some other things that you can learn about in The Skin Regime: Boot Camp for Beautiful Skin by Dana Ramos. For me, adding the additional treatments was a way for me to be more proactive in defeating melasma.

Please click on the pictures and then click on the pictures again.  This allows you to enlarge the before and after pictures so you can see for yourself the difference in my skin.  The difference is noticeable.  People I know have remarked at the difference.

You’ll notice my skin is a little redder.  I’m continuing with the aftercare and it makes my skin red for a while after I wash my face.  This isn’t permanent, but it does show up in these pictures.  My skin isn’t perfect after 8 week, but I got the damage over years and it will take some time to get my skin back.

I am continuing to work the maintenance on my skin.  The great part about this process is that most of what you should use on your skin is easily purchased in my local grocery store.

Some of it is as easy as a rough washcloth and Dove soap.  For me, I had to purchase a couple of other things, that while expensive in my eyes, when used sparingly, will last over multiple months.  This was the perfect justification for me to spend the money.

Again, I suggest you read The Skin Regime to learn more about the additional products I found necessary to purchase.  The Skin Regime Boot Camp works in conjunction with the additional products.  My skin is healthier.  I’m not breaking out with acne.  My skin glows.  I haven’t seen my skin glow ever that I can remember.

I’m really excited about The Skin Regime Boot Camp and maintenance.  I’m excited to share it with you.  After 47 years of my life, my skin looks more beautiful and I look younger simply because I’ve changed my skin care routine.

What I’m doing can be duplicated.  Read that February blog post to read about Tan Mom, Patricia Krentcil.  She is unrecognizable from the woman that was in the news.

I believe in The Skin Regime and hope you will too.

Dana has generously allowed me to do a giveaway of her book, The Skin Regime: Boot Camp for Beautiful Skin, and a sample bottle of the 1-4-All Peel for one lucky winner of the giveaway.  While Sandy’s P.O.V. is holding the giveaway, The Skin Regime will be fulfilling the winner’s prize.  Good luck!

  1. My skin has loads of discoloration and brown spots that seem to get worse every year due to all the sun damage I got when I was a kid. I was adopted as a baby and had such fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes. The rest of my family had black hair, dark brown eyes and olive skin, so they didn’t get sunburned.

    1. I sure do hope you win this giveaway then, Deborah. If not, I highly recommend you order the book and peel. It has been such a wonderful find and a great confidence-booster for me.

  2. I do get frustrated about my uneven skin tone, redness and dryness and also brown spots.
