I know I live a pretty sedentary life. I sit at a desk all day long, five days a week, hardly getting up to even go to the bathroom. When I get home, I’m at my computer trying to keep up my blog and social media. I know it’s not healthy. So when I had the opportunity to review the Ozeri 4x3Motion Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology I jumped at the chance.
The pedometer is simple to set up. I hardly had to look at the directions. After entering in the date and time, I entered my weight as well.
Here’s how little I walk on an average work day. The pedometer Day 1 (6:35 AM – 7:55 PM):
The pedometers I’ve used in the past only count steps. Not the Ozeri 4x3Motion Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology.
What does the information in the picture above tell me? 1367 steps amounts to 9 minutes of walking, .43 miles in distance, or just about 68 calories burned. Nothing to be proud of, I know.
The pedometer can count up to 1 million steps with its 7-day memory. It has a built-in clock, calendar, and sports timer as well as an auto-sleep mode.
Ozeri 4x3Motion Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer has inspired me to move more and it will help me keep track of my movements as I increase my steps every day. I highly recommend this pedometer. It is head and shoulders above any other pedometer I’ve ever seen.
