Father’s Day with FotoJet
Father’s Day is coming and you can make personalized Father’s Day cards at FotoJet.com. It’s super-simple and super-easy. And, best of all, it’s FREE!
FotoJet is a free online collage maker that enables users to quickly create amazing photo cards, collages. and posters without the hassles of downloading or installing software onto your computer or laptop.
You can upload your favorite photos from your computer or from Facebook. The only problem with uploading from Facebook is that you can only use the last 25 pictures from each album. When it comes to saving your collage, you can save it as a JPG or PNG file or share it directly to Facebook
You have the option of using FotoJet’s fonts or the fonts loaded on your own computer for the text boxes in the template. There is limited text that you can actually edit. There is no ability to add text or a text box in an area that’s not already pre-defined by the website.
Currently, FotoJet has specialized card templates for Father’s Day, birthdays, and weddings in their photo card gallery. But, they aren’t the only templates available.
There are six template galleries filled with collages: holidays, modern, classic, art, 3D, and creative. There are over 170 templates in all. You can see some of the templates below. Click on the gallery to see a larger, more complete version of the greeting card.
While I think that FotoJet has a great product, I really think that they need to expand their capability so that users can add their own expandable text boxes. The customizable features that are available are photo flip, mirror, and zoom as well as text font, style, and color options.
They have a over 179 templates available, but without the ability to create your own templates or edit more than the wording in the existing ones.
FotoJet.com has the makings of a great product, but it’s probably not going to be my go-to page for graphics until they allow the ability for more personalization.
Check it out for yourself, if you like to make your own greeting cards or collages. Let me know what you think about FotoJet.com.
