Now that we are deep into the new year, many people are starting to slowly stop going to the gym.  They are now paying for something that they are going to rarely, if ever use again.  When you have your own exercise equipment, there’s no need to worry about paying for gym memberships that you eventually won’t even use.

Prevention magazine said that an exercise ball (also known as a stability ball, yoga ball, or Swiss ball) is one of the 6 must-haves for an home gym.  So, if you’re looking to purchase a good one, you can look no further than DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball.

Inexpensive to purchase and easy to use, a good exercise ball can help you work on your abs, chest, legs, arms, shoulders, and back (see this cool page for 40 animated exercises).  It also comes with some exercises right on the box.

The DynaPro Direct exercise ball comes with a hand pump and two plugs.  This 65 cm standard-sized exercise ball comes in both pink and in gray.  It’s anti-burst tested at 2000 pounds and it’s able to stand up to the most rigorous workout conditions.

I have friends that sit on an exercise ball at work at their desks.  You can find a number of websites that will  tell you why sitting on an exercise ball at work is a good thing.  It helps with stability, balance, sitting up straight, and dozens of other things.  You should definitely find the exercise ball that works for you and your body size.  The DynaPro Direct exercise ball should be the exercise ball you consider first.

You can win your own DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball here!  Just an FYI:  I do tend to have issues with the entry form.  Even if you think you didn’t enter, you probably did.  I have to use the entry form that my supplier gives me.  No matter what the date is on the entry form, this contest ends on 2/15/2015 at 6 PM (EST).  The winner will be contacted by DynaPro Direct.  I am not responsible for fulfilling this contest.

  1. I follow on Twitter but I keep receiving this error message when I try to submit the last point- “There was an error while communicating with the Twitter API server.”

    Any idea what’s wrong?

    And thanks for the giveaway!

  2. I got the same error thru twitter. Just FYI, no, it didn’t count my entry for that method because it still says “0 points” instead of “1 point” like it does next to the methods that worked. I entered all the ways it would let me without an error though!

  3. I cant wait to try this I have been wanting one but wasnt sure i could find one to support my weight….

  4. I follow follow Sandy Sandmeyer.on Twitter as birdiebee52 but the rafflecopter form is having trouble communicating with the Twitter server. I’ve tried for the past few days and still it not working.

  5. I’m sure you know a lot more about it then me but I think you would have a lot more entries if you used a different form. This one never works. It continuously says….please be patient. GRRRR
