  1. 1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half
  2. 1 small ball (4 oz?) of mozzarella cubed or 20 or more little mozzarella balls cut in half
  3. 1 package of fresh basil chopped
  4. 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  5. 4 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Prepare the ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Allow it to sit for 30 or more minutes so that the flavors can meld. Serve cold.
  1. This is a recipe that you can make your own by adding or subtracting ingredients. This is a great summer salad that's light, flavorful, and healthy.

  1. The knives and cutting board look really nice. I’m definitely going to try the recipe. It sounds and looks really good. It has everything in it I like.

  2. That’s a really nice set! You can cut just about anything in the kitchen with those three knives. And I love that the cutting board is designed to allow liquid to drain off. Do you find that the knives cut into the cutting board though? That tends to be my biggest issue with plastic cutting boards.
